Explore kinase inhibitory-activity data

Kinoteca is a platform for exploring and downloading kinase inhibitory-activity data: browse by kinase/target, filter by pathway/target-group/activity/physicochemical properties, visualize the filtered result, and download curated or semi-raw data.

How filtering works

Filtering process: kinases, then molecule properties, then datasets
1. Kinases

Pick the targets you're interested in, or start from the full kinase list.

2. Molecule properties

Set thresholds on physicochemical properties and a MUE ceiling.

3. Datasets

Choose which (target, activity type) datasets to include in the result.

Features

Kinase selection

Filter kinases by disease relevance, kinase family, or kinase groups in general, then narrow the list further with a live search over name, gene, or UniProt ID.

Filter kinases by group/family, search by name, gene, or ID, then select

Available information

Browse the curated activity records, physicochemical properties, and compound data available for every kinase, and see counts update live as you narrow your selection.

Data exportation

Export the filtered data as curated or semi-raw CSV, or as compound structure files, and save your filters so you can re-run them later against updated data.
